Recent progress in research of pH-sensitive polymeric micelles as drug delivery system
Abstract：pH-sensitive polymeric micelles have received increasingly intensive attention due to their considerable advantages such as small particle size,high drug loading,and controlled release.They have exhibited huge potential of application in the targeted delivery of anticancer drugs.This review highlights recent progress of pH-sensitive polymeric micelles as drug carriers in respects of the theoretical basis,types,and pH-sensitivity mechanisms.
