Synthesis and pharmacological activity of aminothiazoles

Abstract：Objective; To synthesize aminothiazole and its analogs, and evaluate their anti-influenza virus activity. Methods; A series of chemical compounds were synthesized from aminothiazole, and the neuraminidase inhibitory activities of these compounds were tested. Results and Conclusion; Six new compounds have been synthesized ; some of them have anti-influenza virus activity.
