To establish adverse drug reactions damage compensation system in China

Abstract：To establish the adverse drug reactions(ADR) damage compensation system, we analyzed the scrape and reason for ADR damage compensation, and referred to ADR relief experience of model countries and China Taiwan. At present, the approaches through justice and relief are not smooth, so we should establish an ADR damage compensation system including justice, relief and insurance jointly function.
