A novel intranasal corticosteroid: fluticasone furoate

Abstract：Intranasal corticosteroids have the comprehensive and potent anti-inflammatory effect, and they are the most efficacious medication in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. We introduced the molecular mechanism, pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic profiles, clinical efficacy, safety and device of fluticasone furoate nasal spray, and compared fluticasone furoate with other available intranasal corticosteroids in these aspects.
