Vorinostat,a new drug in treatment of cutaneous T cell lymphoma

Abstract：Vorinostat is a novel targeted antitumor drug,which can induce cell cycle arrest and/or apoptosis by inhibiting the enzymatic activity of histone deacetylases(HDAC).It is the first HDAC inhibitor approved by FDA for the treatment of patients with cutaneous T cell lymphoma(CTCL)who have progressive,persistent or recurrent disease on or following two systemic therapies.This paper described the pharmacology and toxicology,pharmacokinetics,adverse reactions,warnings and precautions,and drug interactions of vorinostat.
