Pharmaceutical care for dialysis patient with virus B hepatitis: a case report

Abstract：This article described the pharmaceutical care for a dialysis patient with virus B hepatitis. The clinical pharmacists took part in pharmaceutical care in choosing drugs, adjusting administration and dose, and evaluating the therapeutic effect. Based on the pharmaceutical care of this case, we discussed the consideration and practice of clinical pharmaceutical care.
