Clinical application and research process of novel antitumor drug

Abstract：Nowadays, malignant tumor was one of the most common disease that threatened mankind life and health. Morbidity was increased year by year. The novel antitumor drugs included molecule targeted drug, pro-tein tyrosinase inhibitor, tumor new vessels angiogenesis inhibitor, neotype chemotherapeutics, neotype endocrine medicine and gene therapy so on. More and more novel and effective treatment methods appeared. This paper intro-duced clinical application and progress of research of novel antitumor drug.
