Abstract：Objective:To optimize the conditions of the extraction for Zhibai Dihuang effervescent granules.Methods:The optimum extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal design.Results:The optimum extraction process was determined.Fructus Corni and Rhizoma Alismatis were extracted with 90%ethanol for two times,1 hour for each time.The residues of Fructus Corni,Rhizoma Alismatis which were extracted with 90%ethanol and the other ingredients were extracted with 15 times of water for 3 times,1 hour each time.Conclusion:The extraction condition is stable and reasonable.
