Abstract：Objective:To screen the prescription of conjugated estrogens(CE) vaginal soft capsule.Methods:The content of CE was measured in order to investigate the effect of excipients.The disintegration of the shell of the capsule and the melting time limit was determined as the indicator to select the type of excipients.The orthogonal experiments were conducted,using the stability and mobility to optimize the prescription.Results:The prescription of the CE vaginal soft capsule was optimized.Conclusion:The formula of the CE soft capsule is well formed,stable and suitable for production.
