Abstract:Objective:To compare the analgesic effect of intravenous flurbiprofen axetil-sufentanil and sufentanil alone in patients after intraspinal tumor surgery. Methods:Patients underwent intraspinal tumor surgery (n = 90) were randomly divided into three groups(n = 30 in each group). They were treated by postoperative sufentanil 200 μg in 0.9% NaCl 100 mL(A) ;preoperative flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg and postoperative sufentanil 200 μg + flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg in 0.9% NaCl 100 mL(B) ;or preoperative flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg and postoperative sufentanil 100 μg + flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg in 0.9% NaCl 100 mL(C).The PCIA load dose was 2 mL,infusion rate was 1.2 mL·h~(-1),bolus 1.5 mL· h~(-1),lock time 30 min.Pain scores and adverse effects were recorded.Coagulation and platelet function were evaluated by using Sonoclot analyzer. Results:The VAS scores were significantly higher in group A than groups B and C(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effects was significantly lower in group C than groups A and B.There was no significant difference in coagulation and platelet function in three groups. Conclusion:flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil has better analgesic effect and lower adverse effects than sufentanil alone, and does not affect coagulation and platelet function.
