Improvement of fast screening method of human serum albumin

Abstract：Objective: To eliminate the interference of amino acid and to improve the fast screening method of human serum albumin. Methods: On the basis of the former fast screening method of human serum albumin, the identification test of human serum albumin, compound amino acid injection and 20 amino acid solutions were studied by comparing the form of sediment and supplementing identification test. Results: It was found that 3 basic amino acids interfered with the identification test in the former fast screening method. A new fast screening method of sodi-um tungstate-biuret test was established, which can eliminate the interference of basic amino acid. Conclusion: The new method is simple, fast, specific and suitable for the fast screening of human serum albumin on the spot.
