Abstract：There are many problems in the research of new drugs from effective parts of traditional Chinese medicine, which need extensive, deep and comprehensive studies. In this paper, we analyzed these problems in three aspects, namely the establishment, the preparation and the quality of effective parts. We tried to put forward some solutions to these problems.
