Strategies and methods of pharmacological toxicology in discovery phase of drug research

Abstract：The number of new drugs under research in China will definitely be increased in a very stable manner by the current adoption of the National Science Research Project on the Research and Development(R&D) of new drugs according to the Eleventh five-year plan of the government. Pharmacological toxicology researches are now pervasive in all aspects of the drug R&D process and particularly in the discovery phase. In this article, we re-viewed the strategy and method of pharmacological toxicology in the discovery phase of the drug R&D process.
