Abstract:Objective: To investigate the inhibition effect of paclitaxel liposome on B lymphocytes. Methods:XG-7 cells were treated with paclitaxel liposome(1,2.5,5,10 and 20 ng·mL~(-1)) for 24h.The prolif-eration of XG-7 cells was detected by cell counting kit 8 (CCK8) . The levels of IgG and BAFF in cell supernatants were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Paclitaxel liposome inhibited the prolifer-ation of XG-7 cells in a concentration-dependent manner, and the proliferating activity was gradually decreased with increasing of the concentration. The levels of IgG and BAFF in supernatants were gradually reduced with increasing of the concentration. Conclusion: Paclitaxel liposome induces B lymphocyte apoptosis, which may provide a new method for finding new medicines to treat autoimmune disease.
