Collecting historical data in bacterial reverse mutation test

Abstract：Bacterial reverse mutation test (Ames test) is widely used in genetic toxicology research for products such as drugs, chemicals and medical equipments. A complete set of historical data is required for stand-ardizing the Ames test, and for assuring the correctness of the experimental system and the reliability of the data ob-tained. This article introduced a method in collecting historical data for bacterial reverse mutation test, which can be used as a reference.
