Advances in study of biodegradable microspheres loaded with recombinant human growth hormone

Abstract：Biodegradable polymeric microparticles drug delivery systems have been studied extensively during the past dozen years. In this paper,the technology for preparing of recombinant human growth hormone contained in poly lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) microspheres and the influnce on release of these microspheres in vitro were reviewed.
