Manufacture and structure confirmation of chiral drug

Abstract：The guidance for the quality control of chiral drugs had been released by SFDA on Dec. 2006. But the research level for the chiral drugs of the domestic researchers remains to be very low and there still had been many problems in the research of this kind of drugs. In this article, the writer intended to illuminate the essence of manufacture and structure confirmation part of this guidance and to give suggestions to the domestic researchers.
