Abstract：Objective:To study the pharmacokinetics of CTLA4Ig in rhesus monkeys after single intrave-nous (iv) administration, and evaluate the relationship between pharmaeokinetic parameters and the dose. Meth-ods : A total of 9 monkeys were divided into 3 groups with 3 monkeys in each, and were iv injected with single dose The CTLA4Ig concentration was subjected to noncompartment pharmacokinetic analysis using WinNonlin software. Tween AUC2-inf and the dose. The AUC2-inf ratio was 24.99: 4.73:1 ; the dose administration ratio was 25: 5: 1. T1/2and CLs were not significantly different, suggesting that t1/2 and CLs of CTLA4Ig were unaffected in the dose range rhesus monkeys.
