Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of adriamycin injection and adriamycin vial for injection.Methods:40 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were equally divided to receive CHOPi (CTX,adriamycin injection,VCR,PDN) or CHOPv (CTX,adriamycin vial for injection,VCR,PDN).Results:The effective rate of CHOPi and CHOPv was 85% and 80% respectively.There was no difference in efficacy and toxicity between adriamycin injection and adrimycin vial for injection.Conclusion:Adriamycin injection is effective and safe in clinical use.
