Abstract：Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of econazole nitrate in its lipogel.Methods:In this study,ODS was adopted as stationary phase,solvent mixture composed of MeOH∶H2O(80∶20) was used as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 230nm.Results:The linear rang,the average recovery and RSD obtained were 4～120μg*mL-1(r=0.99998,n=7),98.0%～100.3%,and 0.24%～1.43%(n=5) respectively.Conclusion:A simple,rapid,and reliable method for RP-HPLC determination of econazole nitrate in lipogel was established without the interference of excipients.
