Abstract：Objective:To control the purity of lidamycin,a macromolecular antitumor antibiotic.Methods:Lidamycin was analyzed by use of several columns with different separational mechanisms.Results:Samples of lidamycin could be recognized as to comply with standard when all the results obtained from different columns showed pormising purity.Conclusion:The simple,rapid and accurate HPLC process provided a reliable quality control method for lidamycin.
