Abstract：Objective：To synthesize sodium ibandronate.Methods and Results:Through condensation,methylation,addition,hydrolysis,phosphorylation without solvent,neutralization of pentyamine,the named compound was prepared with a total yield of 21.2%.Conclusion:A low cost,high yield,and simple process for preparation of sodium ibandronate is provided.
