Abstract：Objective:To optimize the formulation of carvedilol tablet by dissolution test.Methods:The “rotating basket” method for dissolution test contained in Chinese Pharmacopei 1995 edition was adopted.Results:The dissolution rate of carvedilol tablet within 30 minutes was >90% with a recovery rate of 95% and a RSD of <1%.Conclusion:The results of this study suggested that the formulation of carvedilol tablet is adequate.
