Abstract：Endothelins are a group of polypeptide composed of 21 amino acids.It is a group of potent vasoconstrictor implicated in cardiovascular diseases including hypertension,CHF,renal failure,and arteriosclerosis.The physiological activities of endothelin,and development in endothelin receptor blocking agents were reviewed in this paper.
