Abstract：Malononitrilamides is a new class of immunosuppressant.Leflunomide is the representative of this class and leflunomide tablet was the only marketed dosage.In this paper,the mechanism of malononitrilamides and progress of their uses in single or combination treatment of allograft and xenograft rejection and autoimmune disease were reviewed.
