Abstract：New antifungal antibiotics originated from microorganisms are continuously emerging.In this paper,the research,development,and clinical studies of newly developed antifungal antibiotics within last 2 years were reviewed in accordance with their target site,namely the cell membrane,cell wall,and protein synthesis of fungi.
