Abstract：Unstable angina pectoris(UAP) is a common coronary heart disease with a clinical symptom situated between stable angina pectoria and acute myocardial infarction.The evaluation studies on efficacy of agents for UAP,including antiplatelets and anticoagulants,were reviewed,and preliminary exploration on how to design clinical trials of these agents was also provided in this paper.
