Abstract：Objective:To prepare the effective agent for treatme nt of virus diarrhea in children.Methods:To prepare dipyridamole s uppository from its bulk and to establish the standard for quality control.Results and conclusion:Dipyridamole suppository was effective in t reatment of virus diarrhea in children with an effective rate of 96.9% and a vir us eradication rate of 96.9%.The quality control standard was reliable with a re covery rate of 99.2% and a RSD of 1.8%.
