Study of the efficacy of compound clemastinc cream in treatment of allergic dermatitises
Abstract：Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy of compound clem astine cream in treatment of allergic dermatitises.Methods:725 out patients were randomized to receive either compound clemastine cream treatment ( n=195),or clemastine treatment (n=177),or dexmethsasone acetate cream tr eatment(n=178)or Piyanping cream treatment(n=175)in a regimen of three time daily given by local application for a week.Results:The cure rate in compound clemastine cream arm was higher than other 3 arms in treatment of 6 kinds of allergic dermatitises(P<0.01).Conclusions:Compou nd clemastine cream is superior to 3 other single drug creams in treatment of al lergic dermatitises.
