Abstract：Objective：To observe the efficacy nd safety of dome stic calcitonin salmon(Miguling)in comparison with imported one(Miacalcic)in tre tment of pains of bone-metastatic cancer.Methods:71 patients with pains of bone-metastatic cancer were randomly divided to receive Miguling (n =51) or Miacalcic(n=20)and observed their efficacy.Results:T he total effective rates in Miguling and Miacalcic group are simillar,and no sig nificant difference(P<0.05) was observed.Conclusions:The domes tic calcitonin salmon(Miguling)is an effective agent for treatment of pains of b one-metastic cancer.
