Abstract：Anti-sense technology is a method to inhibit,bolck,or destroy target genes by use of anti-sense DNA,anti-sense RNA,and ribozyme etc. The process in replication,transcription,or translation of HBV were blocked by s pecific,complementary,and pairing combination of anti-sense molecule with targe t genes and exhibits anti-virus action.The progress in research of anti-sense in antagonzing HBV and problems with anti-sense technology were reviewed in thi s paper.
