IDENTIFICATION OF STIGMA MYDIS IN COMPOUND JIANGTANGNING GRANULES
Abstract：OBJECTIVE: To identify Stigma Mydis in compound granules of Jiangtangning product. METIHODS: Thin layer chromatography(TLC) is adopted in the study. RESULTS: The active components of Stigma Mydis could be clearly separated as specific spots in TLC plates by two different developing systems. CONCLUSION: Evidence is provided by this method for identifying compound granules of Jiangtangning and for establishing of its quality standard.
