Abstract:Heart failure is one of the common and severe complications following myocardial infarction(MI).The continuous increase in the aging of the population and the burden of comorbidities have led to a rising incidence of post-MI heart failure.Ventricular remodeling is a crucial pathophysiological process that occurs after MI.It significantly elevates the morbidity of post-MI heart failure and is also a vital factor contributing to adverse cardiac events and influencing the long-term prognosis. In recent years, substantial advancements have been achieved in the treatment of post-MI heart failure. This review integrates the current guidelines'recommendations and collates the latest research findings in all aspects, aiming to provide certain references for the management of post-MI heart failure.
