Abstract:Transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement(TPVR)is currently an effective treatment for pulmonary regurgitation(PR).However, the procedure still faces many perioperative challenges, including complex preoperative assessments and the risk of perioperative complications. In recent years, digital medicine has developed rapidly, and cutting-edge technologies such as 3D printing, finite element methods and virtual reality have gradually been applied to various aspects of TPVR.Not only has the level of surgical planning been improved, but more accurate and comprehensive support has also been provided in terms of complication prediction, which has greatly improved the safety and effectiveness of the surgery, and in turn, the patient's prognosis and quality of life. This review aims to evaluate the current status of the application of digital medical technology in TPVR,look ahead to future development prospects, and explore its profound impact on clinical practice.
