Abstract：As individuals age,somatic mutations and mosaic chromosomal alterations(mCA)accumulate in hematopoietic stem cells and their cellular descendants.When these genetic lesions lead to clonal expansion of the population in the absence of malignant tumors or cytopenia,it is called clonal hematopoiesis.At present,the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases is getting higher and higher.Some studies have found that clonal hematopoiesis is related to cardiovascular diseases,and it is independent of traditional risk factors.This article reviews the association between clonal hematopoiesis and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,myocardial infarction,heart failure,aortic stenosis,and pulmonary hypertension.
