Abstract:Atrial fibrillation, the most prevalent cardiac arrhythmia worldwide, presents a critical challenge in cardiovascular medicine due to the high risk of post-ablation recurrence. This article reviews the latest advancements in preventing recurrence following radiofrequency catheter ablation for AF,proposing an integrated intervention framework characterized by"preoperative optimization and selection, intraoperative individualized ablation, and postoperative comprehensive risk management."Future efforts should prioritize multidisciplinary collaboration to establish personalized, multidimensional therapeutic protocols, thereby addressing current limitations and achieving breakthroughs in long-term clinical efficacy.
