Abstract:Objective To analyze the differences in plasma exosome miRNA expression profiles between patients undergoing transthoracic interventional pulmonary valve implantation and healthy individuals.Explore the impact of exosome miRNAs on the cardiac function of patients undergoing interventional pulmonary valve implantation. Methods The patients who underwent transthoracic interventional pulmonary valve implantation at Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from September 2021 to July 2023 were selected. The plasma samples were collected before the surgery,24 hours after the surgery, and 7 days after the surgery respectively for differential expression analysis of exosome miRNAs,and the functional pathways related to differentially expressed miRNAs were explored. Results Compared with healthy individuals, the expressions of miR-486-5p,miR-451a and miR-92a-3p in the plasma of the patients undergoing interventional pulmonary valve implantation before and after the surgery were all upregulated.Compared with before the surgery, the expressions of miR-11400,miR-1843 and miR-223-3p were upregulated after surgery, while the expression of miR-205-5p was downregulated. Conclusion There are differences in the expression of blood exosome miRNAs in the patients undergoing interventional pulmonary valve implantation;miR-486-5p and miR-223-3p may play a certain role in myocardial protection.
