Abstract:Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a common cardiovascular disease with high mortality, which seriously threatens the life safety of patients. The results show that percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is one of the effective methods to treat AMI,which can improve the cardiac blood flow in time, save the damaged myocardium and minimize the impact of AMI on cardiac function. However,it can not accurately evaluate the degree of influence of AMI on cardiac function.Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)is a noninvasive imaging technique with high resolution. It can not only evaluate the cardiac function, differential diagnosis and the formation of early ventricular aneurysm, but also effectively evaluate the cardiac function after PCI in AMI,and has high predictive value for prognosis. This reviews is aiming at summarizing the research progress of CMR in cardiac function evaluation after PCI in AMI,expected to provide some reference for accurate evaluation of cardiac function after AMI.
