Abstract:Coronary heart disease(CHD)is one of the main diseases endangering human health, which is the main cause of death in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),and CKD is also an independent risk factor for CHD.High ischemia risk and high risk of bleeding coexist in patients with CHD complicated with advanced CKD.However, there is a lack of clear clinical criteria for the treatment of patients with CHD and advanced CKD,because most of studies exclude patients with advanced CKD,resulting in limited evidence-based medical evidence. This review summarizes the recent teratment strategies for patients with CHD and advanced CKD,including the advantages and disadvantages of antiplatelet drug therapy and invasive treatments,as well as their feasibility,to provide reference for the treatment strategies for this population in clinical practice.
