Abstract：Studies have shown that,the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)will lead to an increase in the incidence of atrial fibrillation,and atrial fibrillation is also responsible for the mortality rate of patients with COVID-19.Increased major cardiovascular risk factors.Finally,recent studies have found that some adenoviral vector vaccines may cause complications such as venous thrombosis.In view of this,on the basis of combining domestic and foreign research results and referring to relevant domestic and foreign guidelines,this understanding and recommendations are written to further standardize the clinical management of relevant patients.
