Abstract:Three dimensional(3D)printing technology has a wide range of applications in the clinical interventional therapy of structural heart disease, which can understand the anatomy of patients, perform preoperative surgical simulation, and assist in the formulation of surgical strategies.Three dimensional printing plays a significant role in the clinical treatment of complex structural heart diseases such as transcatheter valvular diseases, paravalvularparavalvular leakage, congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and left atrial appendage occlusion.Personalized cardiovascular 3D printing helps guide the precision treatment of structural heart disease, which can decrease surgery-related risks and improve the effect of surgical treatment.
