Abstract:Acute myocardial infarction is a cardiovascular disease with high incidence and serious harm.Myocardial biomarkers, such as creatine kinase isoenzyme, troponin T/I,brain natriuretic peptide and so on,play an important role in the diagnosis and development of acute myocardial infarction. In recent years, some new biomarkers, such as soluble growth stimulating expression gene 2 protein, growth differentiation factor-15,galectin-3 and miRNA,etc.have emerged in predicting the prognosis of acute cardiovascular events. This article discusses the correlation between the above new cardiac markers and the occurrence and development of acute myocardial infarction,in order to provide help for clinicians.
