Abstract:The pathological nature of coronary artery disease is a heart disease in which coronary atherosclerosis causes narrowing or even complete occlusion of the lumen of the blood vessel. In recent years, with the increasing understanding of atherosclerosis,it is now believed that a persistent inflammatory response is highly associated with it.Routine blood tests,as the most common tests in clinical work, are often applied to assess the inflammatory status of patients. It has also been demonstrated that a variety of cells(e.g.,leukocytes,neutrophils,monocytes,etc.)are associated with coronary heart disease in routine blood tests. With the deepening of research,it has been found that the combination of 2~3 kinds of cells derives various compound inflammation indexes that are more valuable than any single index. How to better utilize blood routine to assess the inflammatory status of patients with coronary heart disease has been a research hotspot. The researches on various composite inflammatory indicators derived from blood routine are now summarized.
