The clinical significance of left ventricular regional structure and systolic function by full volume three dimensional echocardiography in patients with coronary artery disease
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of total solvent LDK ultrasound on the left ventricular regional structure and systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 42 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy volunteers who came to our hospital for the same period were selected as the control group.Both of the two groups used full volume three-dimensional echocardiography (FV-3DE) examination,left ventricular regional end diastolic volume (REDV),local end systolic volume (RESV) and regional stroke volume (RSV) were compared,and the local left ventricular ejection fraction(REF) of 17 segments of the situation were observed.Results Before the operation,the levels of REDV (124.19±18.43)ml,RESV (63.28±20.14)ml and RSV (48.92±2.68)％ in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group (86.32±12.35)ml,(34.25±5.63)ml,(60.43±3.62)％ (P＜0.05).After operation,the levels of REDV (112.56± 16.95)ml,RESV (50.29± 10.47)ml and RSV (55.14±2.89)％ in the study group were improved greatly,but it was still different from that in the control group(86.32±12.35)ml,(34.25±5.63)ml,(60.43±3.62)％(P＜0.05).Before operation,the left ventricular 17 segment RSV in the study group was compared with the control group,except for the middle wall,posterior wall and interventricular septum,and the interventricular septum and the apical cap,there were differences in the other segments(P＜0.05).After the operation,the study group with basal segment of the anterior wall,posterior wall and septum were improved,had no difference with the control group(P＞0.05).Most of the other segments were significantly improved,but there was still a difference comparing with the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion FV-3DE has a good effect on the evaluation of regional volume and heart function in patients with coronary heart disease,and plays an important role in coronary disease and heart function in clinical evaluation,it is worthy of clinical application.
