Effect of recombinant human urokinase on recent cardiovascular events in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of pro-urokinase on recent cardiovascular events in elderly patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods From February 2014 to August 2016,90 elderly patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the different thrombolytic drugs,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with urokinase for thrombolysis, and the observation group was injected with recombinant human urokinase for thrombolysis.Vascular reperfusion, electrocardiogram ST-segment depression,cTnI and CK-MB peak levels, chest pain relief time, fibrosis PAI-I and t-PA levels before and after treatment, incidence of adverse cardiovascular events after thrombolysis and the incidence of bleeding adverse events. Results After thrombolysis, the vascular recanalization rates in the control group and observation group were 82.22% and 91.11%,respectively,with no significant difference (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in ST segment after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05).The levels of cTnI and CK-MB in the two groups were not significantly different after treatment(P>0.05),and the time to relieve chest pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the level of PAI-I in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of t-PA expression was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the total adverse cardiovascular events and bleeding events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human urokinase for thrombolysis in elderly patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction with positive effect on the human fibrinolysis system less thrombolytic patients after cardiovascular adverse events and less incidence of bleeding events, therefore it is worthy of clinical application.
