The clinical observation of sinus heart rate turbulence phenomenon for chronic heart failure patients with ventricular tachycardia

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical characteristics of sinus heart rate turbulence phenomenon dur-ing the treatment for patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular premature,ventricular tachycardia. Meth-ods From January 2014 to January 2015,70 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were divided into prema-ture ventricular with group and simple premature ventricular tachycardia,35 cases at each group. At the same time 30 patients with premature ventricular healthy people as control group. The shock initial and the change of the slope were observed in three groups and were analyzed the according to the changes of the sinus heart rate turbu-lence degree. Results The initial shock value in Premature ventricular tachycardia group(0.4% vs. 1.7%)and ventricular early group(0.1% vs. 1.7%)were significantly lower than the control group,heart rate was significantly lower than the control group(1.6 ms/RRI vs. 2.4 ms/RRI vs. 7.6 ms/RRI);the premature ventricular tachycardia with initial shock group was significantly lower than the rate of ventricular premature group,turbulence slope was significantly less than the simple ventricular premature group;in addition,the heart rate turbulence grading,the control group in 0,ventricular early group concentrated in the 1 stage,premature ventricular tachycardia group concentrated at level 2. The difference of data of each study group was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclu-sion Sinus heart rate turbulence phenomenon will gradually ease in patients with chronic heart failure,the change degree of sinus heart rate turbulence in patients with ventricular tachycardia is more significant than patients with premature ventricular,and the damage degree of sinus heart rate turbulence can be accurately judged and evaluat-ed according to the different classification.
