Effects of rehabilitation exercise on brain natriuretic peptide, aldosterone, angiotensin Ⅱ and endothelin-1 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation exercise on the expression of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),aldosterone (ALD),angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) and endothelin-1 (endothelin-1) in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the subjects. The random number table method was divided into intervention group and control group. There were 41 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional anti-heart failure treatment. On the basis of anti-heart failure, the intervention group was also acceptedrehabilitation exercise therapy.BNP,ALD,Ang Ⅱ,ET-1 were measured and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the intervention group after treatment was 82.93%;the total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 70.73%;the intervention group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of BNP,ALD,Ang Ⅱ and ET-1 in intervention group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise can significantly reduce the levels of BNP,aldosterone, angiotensin Ⅱ and ET-1 in patients with chronic heart failure, and can improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure. It is worthy of further study.
