Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of clinical application in coronary heart disease(CHD) by measuring serum levels of fibrinogen (F B),D-Dimer(DD) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with CHD.Methods 300 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology at Renmin Hospital,Wuhan University between January 2017 and July 2017 were enrolled into this study.Based on the results of coronary angiography, this study enrolled 155 patients into the control group and 145 patients into the experimental group. The indicators were assessed using fully automatic biochemical and coagulation analyzers. The data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software.A t-test was used for comparisons between the control group and the experimental group. Results The serum levels of F B,DD and hs-CRP were higher in the experimental group than in the control group.F B(2.66±0.07)g/L vs.(2.84±0.05)g/L,DD(0.22±0.06)mg/L vs.(0.51±0.04)rag/L,hs-CRP(0.11± 0.52)mg/L vs.(0.52±0.57)mg/L.F B,DD and hs-CRP were positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of FIB,DD and hs-CRP can preferably reflect the severe degree of CHD,and have very important clinical value.
