The study of the normative reference ranges of fetal cardiac dimensions between Middle-late pregnancy
Abstract:Objective To establish normative reference ranges of fetal cardiac dimensions between Middle-late pregnancy. Methods Included since November 2014 to February 2016,176 cases who have made the establishment of files and rules in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of China Coal General Hospital and have been making prenatal examination were enrolled. The fetus did not have obvious abnormalities in prenatal examination, fetal heart ultrasound showed roughly normal results. All the research objects were healthy.According pregnancy weeks they were divided into 5 groups,22 weeks of pregnancy(n=50),23 weeks of pregnancy(n=50),24 weeks of pregnancy(n=50),32 weeks of pregnancy(n=17) and 34 weeks of pregnancy(n=9).The fetal heart were examined by professional echocardiography instrument, and conventional indicators of measurement for cardiac structure and normal function of the fetal heart were measured. The values of fetal cardiac indexes in different pregnancy weeks were explored and compared statistical. Results (1)During the research, through the measurement and statistics of the subjects that meet the conditions of the conventional echocardiographic indexes, the medical reference range in 22,23,24 gestational age of China Coal General Hospital normal fetal heart echocardiography indexes were made.(2)Fetal heart is right heart advantage,in contrast with the adult heart. The diameter of each part of fetal heart and great vessels were increased with the increase of gestational age,and showed a linear correlation. Conclusion The reference range of normal fetal heart echocardiography indicators that through research canprovide some reference for China Coal General Hospital fetal echocardiography. The fetal heart has its particularity, has clinical significance of good internal rules.
