Clinical research of Shexiang Tongxin Diwan in the therapy of patients with coronary heart disease after the PCI
Abstract：Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shexiang Tongxin Diwan in the therapy of patients with coronary heart disease after the PCI.Methods 90 patients who have coronary heart disease and have been given PCI were chosen from our hospital between June 2015 and January 2017 and randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group with each one having 45 patients.In addition to normal PCI postoperative drugs,the experimental group was also given Shexiang Tongxin Diwan 70 mg every time and 3 times every day.In the control group,only normal PCI postoperative drugs were given.The treatment lasted one-year,during which re-examination was given every half a month.Results The effective ratio of the experimental group and the control group were 97.8％ and 86.7％,respectively.The experimental group was superior to the control group with P＜0.05.Conclusion On the basis of normal treatment,Shexiang Tongxin Diwan can control effectively the possibility of the morbidity in patients with coronary heart disease and PCI and decrease the happens of cardiovascular incidents.
